Our plate polishing capabilities are as follows:

We polish cut shapes including disks, rings, and irregular shapes. Care must be taken to provide all drops from the original cut plate with the prime piece to renest and polish. Pre-cut or drilled holes up to 1.25 inches do not require drops.Standard Finishes:
#3 (80-100 max Ra) #4 (28-35 max Ra)#6 (10-20 max Ra) #7 (4-9 max Ra, dull mirror)
We can provide ANY specific Ra or grit finishes, as fine as a 7 Ra dull mirror.
We GUARANTEE not to exceed the maximum Ra required or quoted in any spot.

Surface Protection Options:
Our standard protection is 5 mil laser/waterjet quality PVC. This covering is standard and included in all plate polishing pricing. All material is additionally protected with single fluted cardboard.Additional Surface Protection Options include:
* Acid-free cardboard sheeting
* 3M #346 7 mil adhesive-backed paper
* Clear 3 mil PEC adhesive backed protection
* 5 mil non-adhesive polyethlyene sheeting
